Jennifer Aniston added, 

“I take 8lb or 3.6kg weights with me whenever I’m staying in a hotel. It’s always good to do arm exercises when you’re watching television or talking on the phone. I also love to stretch before I go to bed and usually throw in a couple of sit-ups.”

Her workout plan consists of yoga poses to help her achieve a great body shape. She loves doing planks and says that they help with body posture and as well help ABS. Crescents are great too; you squat down into a deep lunge, holding both hands together and reaching straight out towards your feet. 

Jennifer says that she does these yoga positions for at least one minute each. It’s also reported that her favorite position it’s the tree pose. It teaches you to press downward simultaneously and feel anchored as you grow taller than the trees around you.
