Coleen’s weight loss journey began right after she gave birth to her fourth son.

She used a combination of diet and exercise to lose weight. She started by cutting out processed foods and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables. She also made sure to get plenty of protein and fiber. In terms of exercise, Coleen didn’t go overboard. She simply made sure to get in a moderate amount of activity each day, whether that meant going for a walk or doing a home workout video.

Even though it was hard at first to manage four kids as well as have a fitness routine, that didn’t stop Coleen from achieving a size of 10.  

“I’m back in my size 10 jeans after boxing sessions with my personal trainer. I love boxing in the gym – once you’ve done that you feel like you’ve had a really good workout. It tones your arms and it’s good for your stomach muscles too.”

Coleen Rooney’s most significant change was in her breakfast and lunch. Instead of eating junk and high-calorie foods, she switched to boiled eggs, porridge, cereal, and salad. The combination of regular exercise and a healthy diet started paying off and Coleen was looking and feeling better than ever.

“She’s been snacking on almonds, berries, edamame beans, and crudités. For breakfast, she’ll either have poached eggs and turkey bacon, or a protein shake before she starts her workouts. She feels great.”

Within a few months, Coleen had lost weight and was back down to her pre-baby body. Since then, she’s kept the weight off and even lost a few more pounds. Coleen looks amazing and is an inspiration to other mums who are trying to get in shape.
